That means that a significant portion of our revenues comes from people just like you. People who listen to KFMG and love what we do. Tuesday night is always about the Blues and this week Don "T-Bone" Erickson has got two sizzlin' hours of T-BONE'S HOUSE ROCKIN' BLUES PARTY and then the Bone mixes things up for a bonus hour in THE GROOVE ZONE.

The Groove Zone with T-Bone

THE GROOVE ZONE with T-Bone airs from 9:05-10 p.m. every other Tuesday night. It comes on right after "T-Bone's House Rockin' Blues Party," which starts at 7 p.m.

The Groove Zone features a unique and interesting mix of Blues, Soul, Funk, Lounge, R&B, Jazz and Afro-Beat that you are just not hearing on Des Moines radio right now ... except on KFMG, of course.

KFMG - Voted Best Radio Station in Cityview poll!

Dear Friends,
For the THIRD year in a row, it is with much pleasure, a great deal of gratitude, and no small amount of humility, that we are able to announce that KFMG is once again Des Moines’ "Best Radio Station," according to this year’s poll of Cityview readers!!

And that's not all! Once again, our mid-day and Saturday night host, Jillian Sonksen, was a runner-up in the “Best Radio Voice That Turns You On” category, and this year, after being voted a runner-up the previous two years, our General Manager, Ron Sorenson, was voted “Best Radio Personality!”

All of us here at KFMG cannot fully express just how thankful we are for all of the fine folks that voted for us and continue to support KFMG in many ways!!!
